Buddy Broussard, founder of the Matagorda Running Club has run 5 Ultramarathons, 19 Marathons, and 9 Half Marathons. He will lead us through an A-Z honest discussion on how to get started: gear, nutrition, training plans, support structures, cross training, & the weird stuff like chaffing, bonking, injuries & more!
