Join us for a 90 minute workshop to demystify Meditation for the beginner for $30. Christy will explain in easy to understand language what meditation is & is not, describe the medically proven benefits to the body & brain, and review several different types & styles of meditation. Together we will explore a few different meditations varying from 5 minutes to 30 minutes in length. Bring your yoga mat, meditation pillow, or beach towel. Studio 457 has some yoga mats available & chairs if you’d prefer to meditate seated. $5 discount for class pass holders &/or if you attend the yoga class before the workshop.
